Turkey strips

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g turkey meat, fillet, cut into strips
  • 2 tbsp butter or margarine
  • 2 onions, peeled, in rings
  • 250 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 125 ml white wine
  • 250 ml cream
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • pinch(s) of salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp chives, rolled

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the turkey fillets into strips and fry in the heated butter or margarine. Peel the onions and slice them. Clean, wash, and slice the mushrooms. Sauté the onions and mushrooms. Deglaze with the white wine and simmer for 15 minutes. Add the cream, season with mustard, salt, and pepper. Simmer for another 5 minutes. Sprinkle with chives. Serve with hash browns and salad.
