Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g turkey meat, shredded
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green
  • 200 g sugar snap peas
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 1 egg white
  • 5 tbsp sherry
  • 2 tbsp coriander
  • 500 ml chicken broth
  • 150 ml soy sauce, Indonesian
  • 1 orange(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar
  • e.g. sesame oil or sunflower oil
  • Sauce thickener
  • 1 garlic clove(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

with lots of vegetables

Make a marinade with egg whites, sherry, coriander, crushed garlic, a little salt, pepper, and sugar. Let the minced meat marinate for about an hour. In the meantime, cut the bell peppers and leeks into thin strips and the snow peas into bite-sized pieces. Juice the orange. Fry the minced meat in oil and set aside. Sauté the vegetables (bell peppers, snow peas, leeks) in the remaining oil (a little more if necessary). Deglaze with chicken stock, soy sauce, and orange juice. Add the minced meat, season with salt, pepper, and sugar to taste, and let it marinate briefly. Thicken with a sauce thickener, if desired.
