typical Turkish recipe for a delicious breakfast

For the dough, mix all the liquid ingredients together. Mix the flour and baking powder together, adding them gradually to prepare the dough. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 45 minutes. Form the dough into small balls, brushing your hands with oil. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and place the balls on top, brushing your hands with oil occasionally. Use your fingers to make a depression in the balls and fill them with feta cheese and parsley. Decorate with tomatoes, peppers, and olives, and let the balls rise for another 15 minutes. Brush with egg yolk and bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (top/bottom heat) for 20-25 minutes.
