- Just bring the milk with the brine to the boil and stir in between so that it crumbles. Then just hang it in a cheesecloth and let it cool. The next day, soaked in olive oil, it is a highlight.
- Actually, it doesn't matter how much brine you take. It always depends on how much milk you take. You probably know the pickled cheese from Turkish shops. Eat the cheese and use the brine to make cottage cheese. So easy!
