Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour

Knead the basic pizza dough mix with 1/8 l lukewarm water. Quarter the dough and roll out thinly on a little flour to form 4 round pizzas. Peel and dice the garlic. Mix half of the garlic in 2 tbsp of oil and spread it on the pizzas. Place 2 pizzas on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven (electric stove: 200°C / fan: 175°C / gas mark 3) for approx. 12 minutes. Prepare the 2 remaining pizzas in the same way. Wash, quarter, and dice the tomatoes. Peel the onions, dice 1, and cut one into wedges. Wash the parsley and pick off the leaves. Fry the minced meat, diced onions, and the remaining garlic in 2 tbsp of oil for approx. 5 minutes until crumbly, then season with salt, pepper, and cumin. Spread the minced meat mixture on the pizzas, top with tomatoes, parsley, onion wedges, and pepperoni. Mix together the yogurt, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Season to taste and serve with the pizzas.
