Turkish Yeast Particles

- 2 cups Milk
- 1 Cup Oil
- 2 Protein
- 2 Egg yolk, for brushing
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Salt
- 1 dice Yeast
- 1 kg Flour
- 250 g Feta
- Chopped fresh parsley
- Sesame
- Warm the milk lukewarm and dissolve the yeast in it. Add the oil, egg white, sugar and salt. Finally add the flour little by little and knead into a dough. However, the dough must not become too firm or dry. Dust with flour and let rise in a warm place for half an hour.
- Then shape the dough into balls (about the size of a tangerine). Let rise for another hour on a floured surface and covered. Crumble the feta and add the chopped parsley (if you like).
- Press the dough pieces flat with your fingers, place the feta in the middle, roll up and shape into a snail. Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in the oven at 175 ° C for about 20 minutes. If the particles are golden yellow, you are spot on.
