Ingredients
 

Ribbon noodles:

  • 250 g Tagliatelle
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Butter

Zucchini with ribbon noodles:

  • 1 Zucchini approx. 200 g
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 2 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
  • 0,333333 Of the boiled ribbon noodles

Ham sausage with ribbon noodles:

  • 1 Ham and meat sausage 300 g
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 0,666667 Of the boiled ribbon noodles
  • Curry Spice Ketchup

Instructions
 

Ribbon noodles:

  • Boil ribbon noodles in salted water (1 teaspoon salt) according to the instructions on the package, drain and toss in butter (1 tablespoon) in a hot saucepan.

Zucchini with ribbon noodles:

  • Peel the zucchini with the peeler and cut into continuous julienne strips with the Spirelli spaghetti spiral cutter (here from GEFU). Fry in oil (2 tbsp) in a pan, season with coarse sea salt from the mill (2 big pinches) and colored pepper from the mill (2 big pinches) and finally fold in 1/3 of the ribbon noodles.

Ham sausage with ribbon noodles:

  • Peel off the ham and meat sausage, cut into strips, fry / stir-fry in a pan with oil (2 tbsp) and finally fold in 2/3 of the pasta. Serve with curry spice ketchup (here: From HtbspA).
