Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g natural yogurt
  • 1 half cucumber(s)
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • Salt and pepper, black, ground

Instructions

Greek yogurt sauce for grilled food

Pour the yogurt into a bowl. Peel the garlic, press it through a garlic press, and add it to the yogurt. Peel the cucumber, cut it into small, fine cubes, and add it. Mix everything well and season with salt and pepper. Tastes great with grilled meats, boiled potatoes, or schnitzel.
