spicy bread as a side dish for grilling

Warm the milk to lukewarm. Mix the flour with the dried yeast. Knead all ingredients with a food processor until you have a smooth dough. Cover and let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes, until the dough has visibly increased in size. Dust the dough with a little flour and knead it again on a floured work surface. Grease a loaf pan and pour in the dough. Let it rise again until the dough has increased in size. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 175°C (top/bottom heat). Bake the bread on the middle rack for about 40 minutes. Do the skewer test after 35 minutes, as every oven is different.
