Ingredients
- 500 g Flour
- 300 ml Kefir
- 1 Egg
- Salt
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 400 g Mixed minced meat
- 1 Soup greens
- Pepper
- Sour cream
- 1 Onion
- 1 tbsp Butter
Instructions
- Cut the soup greens into fine cubes. Heat vegetable fat in a saucepan. Fry the minced meat and vegetables. Salt, then add water and stew with the lid closed for approx. 1 hour.
- Mix the kefir with an egg, 1/2 teaspoon salt and baking powder in a bowl. Then gradually add flour and make a dough. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
- Roll out the dough thinly and cut out circles with the help of a glass. Spread the meat filling on the dough circles and glue into crescents. Warenyky taste best when they are steamed. The preparation time is reduced to just 6 minutes. Cut the onion into rings and sauté in butter. Serve Warenyky with the onions and sour cream.
