Minced Meat Pan with Cucumber Vegetables

The perfect minced meat pan with cucumber vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Chopped half and half
  • 4 Cucumbers
  • 2 medium sized Fresh onions
  • 500 ml Vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste concentrated three times
  • 1 Tbsp (heaped) Flour
  • Olive oil cuccina for frying
  • Salt and pepper
  • Sweet paprika
  • Cayenne powder
  • Dill n. taste
  • 1 cups Cream 30% fat
  1. the cucumber is first peeled, then halved lengthways and pitted with a teaspoon Pick up the inside of the cucumber is still needed.
  2. Cut the cucumber into half rings approx. 1 cm thick.

  8. Now fill up with the vegetable stock and stew for about 10 minutes (usually longer, as the cucumber is still quite firm afterwards).
  9. Finally, you can add cream as you like and season with dill to taste. you have to, but you don’t need it.
  10. We made boiled potatoes for it (our name is of course: ARNIM)
