Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 80 g flour
- 80 g cornstarch
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 125 ml oil
- 125 ml eggnog
- 400 g whipped cream
- 7 large chocolate bars (Kinder bars)
- 100 g chocolate beans (Kinder chocolates)
- 2 tbsp Nutella
- 5 chocolate bars (Duplo)
- Sweets such as Kinder Surprise Eggs, Kinder Country, Kinder Bueno.
- 200 g fondant
- Food coloring
Instructions
Working time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 day 3 hours 15 minutes
from a 20 cm springform pan, approx. 8 pieces
Preheat the oven to 175°C (top/bottom heat). Grease a 20 cm springform pan. For the cake base: Beat the eggs, powdered sugar, and vanilla sugar until frothy. Mix the flour, cornstarch, and baking powder and stir in. Stir in the oil and advocaat. Bake the cake for about 45 minutes, covering with aluminum foil after 30 minutes if necessary. Let the base cool and cut it in half horizontally. For the chocolate cream: Heat the cream, melt the Kinder bars and Kinder chocolates in it. Let the mixture cool and refrigerate overnight. Then whip the chocolate cream until stiff peaks form. Spread the bottom layer with Nutella, then place the middle layer on top. Chop the Duplos into small pieces. Spread a thin layer of chocolate cream on the middle layer, sprinkle the Duplos on top, and spread with cream. Place the top layer on top and cover the cake all over with cream. For the decoration: Form a unicorn out of fondant and food coloring and let it harden overnight. Place the unicorn in the center of the cake, arrange halved Kinder Bars and Duplos around the edge of the cake, and decorate the top with chocolate bonbons, Kinder Surprise Eggs, Kinder Bueno, Kinder Country, etc. Refrigerate the cake for 1 hour.
