Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g berries, frozen forest fruits
  • 100 g strawberries, fresh, quartered
  • 100 g raspberries, fresh
  • 100 g blueberries, fresh (blueberries)
  • 1 tbsp spelt flour , 630
  • 2 tbsp cane sugar, heaped
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar, real bourbon, heaped
  • Fat, for the shape
  • 150 g spelt flour, 630
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 50 g oat flakes
  • 100 g cane sugar
  • 2 tbsp vanilla sugar, real bourbon
  • 100 g butter, liquid
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 100 g almond sticks, peeled, or almond flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

with almond-cinnamon crumbles

Thaw the frozen wild berries slightly, then combine with the fresh berries, flour, sugar, and vanilla sugar in a greased baking dish. For the crumble, mix all the dry ingredients together, then add the egg yolk and melted butter. Quickly crumble and spread over the fruit. Sprinkle with the slivered almonds or flaked almonds and bake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at approximately 180-200°C until golden brown. Serve while still warm with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream!
