Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g sunflower oil, cold-pressed
  • 100 g water
  • 2 tsp mustard, mild or medium hot
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 date(s)
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • 100 g sunflower seeds
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend thoroughly. If your blender isn’t as powerful, it’s a good idea to soak the sunflower seeds first and add the oil in smaller portions. The mayo will keep in a screw-top jar in the refrigerator for at least a week.
