Vegan broccoli patties

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1 broccoli
  • 100 g almond flour
  • 1 handful of grated cheese (grated cheese alternative)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Mix the flaxseed with the water and let stand for 10 minutes. Cut the broccoli into florets and cook in salted water until soft. Combine the flaxseed and broccoli with the remaining ingredients until smooth. Form several medium-sized patties and fry in a pan with a little oil until crispy on both sides.
