Vegan Christmas dinner: Mushroom ragout with vegetable patties

- For the ragout, cut the mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.

- You can make vegetable patties with sweet potatoes, carrots, peas, and onions.
- Cook the chopped vegetables in vegetable stock, season, and puree.

- Then cut slices from the roll and fry them in a greased pan.
Sweet potato lasagna as a vegan Christmas meal
This Lasagne is a very special Lasagna. It is not only vegan but also gluten-free and is therefore also suitable for guests who suffer from gluten intolerance. Sweet potato slices are used instead of lasagne sheets.
- To do this, peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into thin slices. You don’t have to pre-cook the slices. Just use them as you would lasagna sheets.
