Vegan: Liver Sausage
The perfect vegan: liver sausage recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 medium sized Onions
- 175 g Smoked tofu
- 1 Can Canned kidney beans
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp Dried marjoram
- Sunflower oil
- First, put the can of beans in a sieve, rinse them well and set aside.
- Now heat some oil in a pan and fry the onion finely, then add the beans and braise for a few minutes … and set aside.
- Now cut the tofu into small cubes and put in the blender, add the pan with the beans and onions, the tablespoon of marjoram with pure and a little salt & pepper, then add a dash of sunflower oil and mix ….. it becomes a good liver sausage-like mass.
- Possibly. Season with salt and pepper, if necessary some oil if you like it a little smoother.
- Put the whole thing in containers and put in the fridge until dinner to steep.
- Add freshly baked bread ….. and the husband didn’t notice that it was VEGAN Vurst ….. and I would NEVER have noticed how varied vegans eat …. it gives me more and more fun and joy to forego animal food ;-))
