Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 g soy granules
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp parsley
- tsp heaped mustard, medium hot
- 7 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 3 tsp, heaped soy flour
- salt and pepper
- 2 tsp sweet paprika powder
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- Oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Knead all ingredients thoroughly. Season generously with salt and spices as desired. Form medium-sized meatballs and fry in a little oil in a frying pan until golden brown.
