Vegan: Seitan – Mushrooms – Pan with Coconut Cream

The perfect vegan: seitan – mushrooms – pan with coconut cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Cut seitan
  • 300 g Mushrooms fresh + cut
  • 0,5 pole Leek cut
  • 1 shot Wok oil
  • 1 packet Coconut cream
  • 1 packet My vegetable salt *
  1. Swirl the leek in the oil, then add the cut seitan and it should be seared so that the whole thing gets flavor.
  2. Now add the mushrooms, season with vegetable salt and stew.
  3. Deglaze with the coconut cream, simmer a little and round off with fresh pepper 😉
