The perfect vegan: seitan – mushrooms – pan with coconut cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Cut seitan
- 300 g Mushrooms fresh + cut
- 0,5 pole Leek cut
- 1 shot Wok oil
- 1 packet Coconut cream
- 1 packet My vegetable salt *
- Swirl the leek in the oil, then add the cut seitan and it should be seared so that the whole thing gets flavor.
- Now add the mushrooms, season with vegetable salt and stew.
- Deglaze with the coconut cream, simmer a little and round off with fresh pepper 😉
