Ingredients for 3 servings:

- e.g. olive oil
- 100 g wild garlic
- 3 m.-sized potatoes
- 1 liter vegetable broth
- 2 medium-sized garlic cloves
- 150 ml oat cream (oat cream cuisine)
- some salt
- possibly chili

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Spring freshness with creamy oat cream
Dice the onion and sauté in olive oil. Wash the wild garlic thoroughly, check for lily of the valley, and cut into strips. Sauté a handful with the onion. Dice the potatoes and add them to the pot. Roast briefly, then pour in the vegetable stock. Add the garlic and the remaining wild garlic. Simmer until well-cooked. Finally, add the oat cream and purée the soup thoroughly. Season to taste with salt and chili, if desired.
