Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 bell pepper(s), green
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- 2 spring onions
- 8 cocktail tomatoes
- 1 can Pizza tomatoes (pizza sauce oregano)
- 2 tbsp red pesto
- 1 shot of milk
- oregano
- Thyme
- salt and pepper
- Parsley, fresh
- Chives, fresh
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Wash the vegetables, dice the peppers, quarter the tomatoes, and thinly slice the spring onions. Then briefly sauté everything in a large pan. Deglaze with the pizza sauce, add the pesto, and add enough milk until the desired consistency is reached. Bring the sauce to a boil and season with oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. If desired, garnish with fresh parsley and chives. Serving tip: with spaghetti.
