Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 6 small potatoes
  • 100 g mushrooms
  • 1 leek(s)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 100 ml cream (full cream)
  • n. e.g. cheese, e.g. B. (e.g. Etivaz)
  • pepper
  • Sea salt
  • Oil (rapeseed oil)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Potato, mushroom, and leek gratin

For the gratin, dice the potatoes and fry in rapeseed oil for about 10 minutes. Then place in a baking dish. Season and arrange the cheese slices on top. Slice the mushrooms and add them as well. Season and arrange the cheese slices on top. Finely chop the leek, fry briefly in oil, and add it to the baking dish as the third and final layer. Season and arrange the cheese slices on top. For the sauce, mix the egg and cream, season, and pour over the casserole. Place in the center of the oven and bake at 200°C for 20-30 minutes.
