Vegetable Pan with Scampis
The perfect vegetable pan with scampis recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 medium-sized Zucchini
- Red, green, yellow peppers
- 1 Fennel fresh
- 250 g Scampis TK with herbs
- 1 Onion
- Peel the zucchini, halve lengthways, quarter. Clean / wash peppers, cut into pieces. Roughly chop the onion and the fennel as well.
- Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onion, add the zucchini and fry. Once the color has changed, add the pepper pieces. In the middle of the pan, move the vegetables to one side and fry the scampis with them.
- Toast the fennel in a separate pan, add a little broth if necessary. Add to the vegetables. Season to taste with pepper and salt.
- If you like, you can add gnocchi or something similar
