Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of dough, cake dough (diameter approx. 32 cm)
  • 400 g grated vegetables (carrots, leeks, zucchini, …)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 dl milk
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs, as desired
  • Grated cheese, to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Place the dough in a round baking pan and pierce with a fork. Arrange the vegetables on the dough. Whisk the egg with the milk and season with salt, pepper, and herbs to taste. Pour over the vegetables. Finally, sprinkle the grated cheese over the quiche. Preheat the oven to 200°C and bake the quiche in the lower third of the oven for about 45 minutes. Serve with salad.
