  • 1 package of vegetables (frozen)
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tsp vegetable broth, granulated
  • Spices)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

quick and easy

Place the vegetables in a large pot, fill with water, and bring to a boil. Season with vegetable stock and bring to a boil. Knead the ground beef with the egg and season to taste. Form small meatballs and add them to the boiling soup. Cook for approximately 10-15 minutes.
