Ingredients
- 2 Medium carrot
- 1 Celery sticks
- 30 g Capers
- 3 Spring onions
- 6 Radish
- 1 tbsp Chervil chopped
- 1 bunch Chives
- 1 tbsp Wild garlic fresh
- 1 sprig Parsely
- 1 Lemon
- 1 cup Sour cream
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- Sugar
Instructions
- Chop the vegetables, capers and herbs very finely, but cut the spring onions into fine rings with a knife (they become slightly bitter when you chop them). Mix everything together with the sour cream and lemon juice and season with salt, pepper and sugar. Goes well on bread or as a side dish to grilled food. Good Appetite
