Slightly Different Baked Potatoes …

The perfect slightly different baked potatoes … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Slightly larger potatoes waxy
  • Salt
  • 4 teaspoon Cranberries from the glass
  • 4 Discs Camembert
  • Cranberries and mint leaves
  1. Peel the potatoes, cut in half lengthways, wash and cook in lightly salted water for about 15 minutes. Drain, drain and let cool.
  2. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the potatoes on the tray with the cut surface facing up. Place a teaspoon of cranberries on each. Top each with a slice of Camembert.
  3. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes. Arrange on plates. Garnish with cranberries and mint leaves.
