Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tbsp broth (ready-made product vegetable bouillon)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel and dice the onions. Add the peppers and tomatoes. Brown everything in hot oil in a large pan, season with salt and pepper. Mix the eggs with the broth, pour over the eggs, and let it set for 15 minutes over medium heat. Serve with a fresh salad.
