Vegetarian pea soup

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 gr. can/n peas, young, fine
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ liter of water
  • 100 ml whole milk
  • 3 tbsp, heaped wheat flour
  • some water, cold
  • 1 tbsp, heaped vegetable broth, instant
  • 1 tsp smoked salt with bacon flavor
  • some savory, dried or fresh
  • 1 spring onion(s), the green part

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

quick and easy

Finely chop the onion and sauté it with the pepper in a large pot with olive oil until translucent. Pour in the water, add the peas and the canning water. Bring to a boil briefly, then add the milk. Mix the flour with a little cold water and use it to thicken the soup. Stir in the granulated vegetable stock. Sprinkle in the smoked salt and savory and bring back to a boil briefly. Cut the green part of the spring onion into small rolls and add before serving.
