Vegetarian Rice Casserole

Ingredients
 

  • 2 cups Rice
  • 0,5 tube Tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp Oregano
  • 1 Fresh onion
  • 500 g Tofu
  • 100 ml Water
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 100 g Cheese
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill

Instructions
 

  • Boil rice with twice the amount of water and cook. Crumble the tofu finely and fry in oil until golden brown, add the tomato paste and cream last and add the water last. Then season with oregano, salt and pepper to taste. Mix the tofu mixture with the rice. Cut the onions into cubes or quarter rings and add to the tofu ice cream. Then put in a baking dish and sprinkle the cheese on top. Bake in the oven at 200 ° top / bottom heat for about 40 minutes.
