Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 8 handfuls of violets, fragrant fresh
  • 1 jar honey (beekeeper honey)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 14 days; Total time approx. 14 days 10 minutes

Instead of washing the fresh, fragrant violets from the forest and meadow, place them in a clean screw-top jar and pour over the honey, preferably runny, or a good beekeeper’s honey. The blossoms will eventually rise to the surface. The violets will release their essential oils into the honey. Let it rest for 14 days.
