Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 ½ liters of broth
- 7 large potatoes
- 1 onion(s)
- 30 g bacon
- 2 tbsp clarified butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- Salt
- Paprika powder
- some tomato paste
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Peel and boil the potatoes. Slice the onion and dice the bacon, then fry both in clarified butter. Grate the potatoes and add them to the bacon, stirring constantly. Sprinkle with flour and add a little salt and paprika. Gradually add the broth and simmer over low heat for 1 hour. Season to taste with a little tomato paste before serving.
