Waffels Basic Recipe
The perfect waffels basic recipe recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
for the dough
- 3 piece Eggs (size L)
- 200 g Flour
- 50 g Sugar
- 1 packet Bourbon vanilla sugar
- 1 Teaspoon (heaped) Baking powder
- 1 Teaspoon (heaped) Salt
- 50 ml. Cream 30% fat
- 50 ml. Milk 3.8
- 30 ml. Mineral water
- 20 ml. Melted butter
Vanilla cream filling
- 100 g Sweet cream butter
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 25 ml. Yogurt 1.5% fat
- 25 ml. Raspberry syrup
Marzipan filling
- 0,5 block Marzipan raw mass
- 30 ml. Yogurt 1.5% fat
Chocolate coat
- 200 g Block chocolate
- 30 g Palmin
DECO
- Almond leaves
- The waffle batter is finished first. To do this, mix the flour and all the remaining ingredients together well in a bowl. Pour the batter into the preheated waffle iron (or alternatively in waffle silicone baking molds in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees), bake until golden and let cool.
- Mix the fillings and put them in a piping bag (put in the fridge until you use them).
- Let the chocolate melt slowly. Melt the palmin and add it.
- Now put the waffles in a row. Fill the cavities with the prepared mixtures according to your taste.
- Now wrap the wafers all around with the liquid chocolate. Put the almond flakes on top and – BITE IT 🙂
