Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g walnuts
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 3 bunches of basil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 250 ml olive oil
- 125 g Parmesan, grated
- salt and pepper

Chop the walnuts and roast them in a dry pan. Roughly chop the garlic. Blend the garlic with 100 ml of oil, 50 g of nuts, parsley, and basil. Add the remaining oil and continue blending. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and the remaining nuts and season with salt and pepper. Pour into jars and seal.
