  • ½ watermelon(s)
  • 2 bananas
  • 500 ml natural yogurt
  • 2 tsp honey

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Great as a substitute for a meal or as a snack

Simply chop everything up into small pieces and place it in a container that holds at least 2 liters and blend it with a hand blender. If you want, you can go to the trouble of deseeding the melon first. Personally, it doesn’t bother me. This drink is a great substitute for a meal or as a snack.
