Wax bean salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 jar beans (wax snap beans)
  • 1 m.-large shallot(s), diced
  • some mustard
  • some honey
  • 1 tbsp mixed herbs, e.g. frozen herbs
  • some salt
  • some pepper
  • 1 shot of white wine vinegar
  • 1 dash of olive oil
  • possibly oil (garlic herb oil)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with honey-mustard vinaigrette

Drain the green beans in a colander. Make a vinaigrette with the remaining ingredients. I like to season the vinaigrette with garlic and herb oil. Mix the beans into the vinaigrette and let it marinate in the refrigerator. Serve with a delicious herb baguette.
