Westphalian Burger

The perfect westphalian burger recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Discs Blood sausage
  • 4 piece Potatoes
  • 2 piece Onion
  • 1 piece Apple
  • 4 tbsp Turnip tops – that’s a turnip syrup!
  • Oil, salt, pepper, parsley

Prepare and prepare individual ingredients
