Ingredients
- 1 small can White beans
- 2 tbsp Herbal cream cheese without additives
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 0,5 tsp Cumin
- 0,5 Pc. Lemon, the juice of it
- 1 tbsp Tahini
- 1 Msp Salt
- 1 tbsp Flaxseed oil or olive oil as desired
- 2 tbsp Chopped parsley to taste
Instructions
- Drain the beans and puree with the remaining ingredients. If necessary, add a little water to make the cream smoother. Sprinkle with a little cress on top.
- The dip can be packaged in a small container to take with you, e.g. to work, school etc ...
- For a lightning-fast after-work meal, I often make this dip and fry a pack of Mediterranean organic vegetables in the pan. All in all, it takes less than 10 minutes to prepare this quick dish.
