Ingredients
 

  • 1 small can White beans
  • 2 tbsp Herbal cream cheese without additives
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 0,5 tsp Cumin
  • 0,5 Pc. Lemon, the juice of it
  • 1 tbsp Tahini
  • 1 Msp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Flaxseed oil or olive oil as desired
  • 2 tbsp Chopped parsley to taste

Instructions
 

  • Drain the beans and puree with the remaining ingredients. If necessary, add a little water to make the cream smoother. Sprinkle with a little cress on top.
  • The dip can be packaged in a small container to take with you, e.g. to work, school etc ...
  • For a lightning-fast after-work meal, I often make this dip and fry a pack of Mediterranean organic vegetables in the pan. All in all, it takes less than 10 minutes to prepare this quick dish.
