White Chocolate Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g blueberries
  • 250 g butter
  • 200 g white chocolate coating
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 300 g sour cream
  • 500 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Preheat oven to 200°C. Wash and sort the blueberries. Melt the butter and chocolate in a hot water bath and whisk together. Combine the eggs with the sugar, vanilla sugar, and sour cream, then add the warm chocolate butter. Sprinkle the flour, baking powder, and salt over the butter mixture and onto the sour cream and chocolate mixture. Beat with a whisk until the batter bubbles. Mix in the blueberries. Line a muffin tin with two paper baking cups each. Fill the baking cups with the batter. Place in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. Tip: Once cooled, decorate with icing, whipped cream, sprinkles, etc. as desired.
