Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150 g whole grain rice (short grain rice)
- 300 ml rice milk (rice drink)
- 80 ml coconut milk
- 1 pinch of Bourbon vanilla pod(s), pulp
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 oranges
- ½ cup mango juice
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1 pinch of Bourbon vanilla pod(s), pulp
- Locust bean gum
Instructions

Bring the rice drink and coconut milk to a boil. Then add the rice and vanilla and simmer for about 40 minutes, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, peel the oranges and cut them into small pieces. Place them in a small saucepan along with the mango juice, spices, and locust bean gum and mix well. Bring everything to a boil briefly. After 40 minutes, remove the rice from the heat, stir in the honey, and let it steep for 5 minutes. Pour the sauce over the rice and serve.
