Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 100 g margarine or butter
  • 50 g sugar
  • 150 g natural yogurt
  • 150 g milk, low-fat
  • 200 g flour, whole grain
  • 50 g oat flakes, fine

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

makes 7 pieces

Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy. Gradually add the egg yolks, then the natural yogurt, flour, milk, and oat flakes. Carefully fold in the beaten egg whites and let the batter rest for 10 minutes. Now bake 7 waffles.
