Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 slices of toast
  • 4 Vienna sausages
  • 4 cucumber(s)
  • mayonnaise
  • some butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

from the sandwich maker

First, preheat the sandwich maker and spread butter on one side of the toast. Cut the sausages into thirds and slice the cucumbers lengthwise. Place two slices of toast, buttered side down, on the sandwich maker. Next, top each slice with a sausage (cut into thirds) and a cucumber (sliced). Spread with mayonnaise. Place the second slice of toast on top as a lid and close the sandwich maker. Wait until the toast is the desired shade of brown and enjoy warm.
