Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 bunch of wild garlic
- 1 avocado(s), ripe
- 100 g pine nuts
- 100 g Parmesan
- 50 ml olive oil
- Salt
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Roast the pine nuts in a pan and let them cool. Wash the wild garlic and pat it dry. Remove the stems. Combine all ingredients in a tall container and blend thoroughly with a hand blender. Season to taste and transfer to a clean jar with a screw-top lid. Drizzle the pesto with olive oil. This will keep it for a long time if stored in the refrigerator.
