Wild garlic and green spelt patties

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g wild garlic leaves, fresh
  • 200 g green spelt
  • 80 ml water
  • 2 tbsp sesame paste, black
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • some lemon juice
  • 1 handful of parsley
  • some coconut oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

I use only organic ingredients for this recipe. Finely grind the green spelt in a blender and remove it. Now blend the washed wild garlic with parsley and water in a blender for two minutes until smooth. Place the wild garlic, ground green spelt, and black sesame paste in a deep bowl and mix well. Wet your fingers and form the mixture into small patties. Add a little coconut oil to the hot, uncoated pan and immediately reduce the heat to low. Then add the patties to the pan and fry gently for about 2 minutes per side, until they develop a light crust.
