- 1 kg pork belly
- 20 g salt (table salt)
- 5 g pepper, white, ground
- 4 g caraway seeds, ground
- 4 tbsp wild garlic
- 3 tbsp olive oil

Remove the belly meat from the bones and cut it into pieces suitable for the meat grinder. Puree the wild garlic in a blender, add salt and olive oil. Mince all the meat, mix well with the spices and wild garlic, and season to taste. Stuff the mixture into pork casings using a sausage stuffer or a meat grinder with a sausage nozzle.
