Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 150 g wild garlic
- 300 g potatoes
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- 50 g butter or margarine
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 liter broth, clear, heated
- 200 ml cream
- salt and pepper

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Wild garlic soup with potatoes and leeks
Peel the potatoes and onion and cut into small cubes. Slice the leek into rings. Melt the butter or margarine in a saucepan, then sauté the chopped vegetables, but do not let them brown. Add the heated clear broth to the pan and simmer until the potatoes are soft. Meanwhile, wash and roughly chop the wild garlic. Add the wild garlic and cream and bring to a boil. Blend everything finely with a hand blender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
