Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 ml vegetable stock
- 100 ml cream
- 1 bunch of wild garlic
- e.g. chili
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 7 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 32 minutes
Bring the broth and cream to a boil. Meanwhile, finely chop the wild garlic, reserving a little for garnish. Once the soup has boiled, add the wild garlic and simmer for 7 minutes at low heat. Season to taste. Finally, puree the soup until frothed with a hand blender. Ladle into glasses, cups, or plates, garnish, and serve.
