Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 liter of water (tap water) or sparkling water
  • 1 lemon(s), (the juice)
  • ½ lemon(s), sliced
  • 5 tbsp syrup (woodruff syrup) or honey
  • 1 bunch of woodruff (approx. 10 plants with flowers)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 5 minutes

Let the woodruff wilt for about 1-2 hours. Only then will it develop its full aroma. Then, combine all ingredients in a glass jug and let it steep for a few hours. Then, remove the woodruff, shake well, and enjoy chilled!
