Instructions

Wrong Irish stew

  • Peel the onion and clove of garlic and chop finely. Take a saucepan, add oil, heat. Pour both in and sauté.
  • Clean the leek / leek, wash and cut into rings. Cut the white cabbage into large pieces. Add both and steam with them.
  • Put the beef goulash in a pan and sear it so that roasted aromas can develop. After frying add to the other ingredients. Add salt, gourmet pepper, caraway seeds, thyme, nutmeg and vegetable spices. Add water, stir and let cook further.
  • Peel the potatoes and carrots and cut them into bite-sized pieces and add them as well. Let the whole thing continue to cook for about 50 minutes with the lid closed, until the meat crumbles. Then sprinkle with parsley, stir and then serve in deep plates!
