Ingredients
- 125 g Dark chocolate
- 4 Pc. Eggs
- 175 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 200 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 3 tsp Tartar baking powder
- 275 g Spelt flour type 630
- 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 3 tsp Ginger bread spice
- 160 g Mulled wine
Instructions
- Process all ingredients into a batter. In the Thermomix z. B. Mix for 60 seconds at level 6. Then spread the dough in an approx. 30 x 40 cm baking pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees top / bottom heat for about 25 minutes.
- Then cover the cooled cake with either a chocolate or mulled wine glaze (for mulled wine glaze, mix approx. 25 g mulled wine with 120 g powdered sugar). Decorate with sprinkles etc. if you like.
- Also works with non-alcoholic children's punch.
